To strengthen the four pillars of the American Legion. Therefore, squadrons’ campaigns place an emphasis on preserving American traditions and values, improving the quality of life for our nations children, caring for veterans and their families, and teaching the fundamentals of good citizenship.

Since Charter approval on Dec 1st 2015, Squadron 73 has placed special emphasis on: 

Athlete Sponsorship

Sponsoring one athlete, from the Del City HS Special Eagles, each year for the special olympics.

American Legion Boy's State

The squadron sponsors one HS Junior male student to attend American Legion Boy’s State.

Tri-City Youth Sports Festival

As youth membership grows, and strength is maintained, the squadron youth members will attend the Tri-City Gun club youth sports festival, and have an air rifle competition team.
